Eligibility:

This challenge is open to all 2024/25 HKAPA students.

 

How to Join:

• Share your HKAPA 40A AR creations on Facebook and Instagram.

• Make sure your account is public and tag #HKAPA40A & #HKAPA.

• Feel free to submit multiple entries, but each HKAPA student can only win once!

Reward:

​The three most creative entries will each receive an exclusive prize - a JBL Bluetooth speaker!

​

Judging and Announcement:

• Judging will be conducted by HKAPA Representatives in August 2025.

• Announcement will be made in August 2025 through Facebook & Instagram direct message.

• Winners will be required to provide their full name and student no. for eligibility verification.

HKAPA 40A Creative AR Photo Challenge Terms & Conditions:

​

Organiser & Eligibility:

  • Organised by 40th Anniversary Celebration Programme Office & School of TEA ("40A AR Team").

  • Open to all 2024/25 HKAPA students ("Eligible Students").


Challenge Period:

  • 1 May 2025 – 31 July 2025.


How to Enter:

  • Create a photo/video using the HKAPA 40th Anniversary AR filters ("Entry").

  • Share the Entry on your public Facebook and/or Instagram account.

  • Include hashtags #HKAPA40A and #HKAPA.

  • Multiple entries are permitted, but each student can only win once.


Judging & Winners:

  • 40A AR Team Representatives will judge entries in August 2025 based on creativity.

  • Three (3) Winners will be selected. Judges' decisions are final.

  • Winners will be notified via Facebook/Instagram direct message in August 2025.

  • Winners must provide their full name and student number for verification.


Prizes:

  • Each Winner receives one (1) JBL Bluetooth speaker, sponsored by HARMAN.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash.

  • 40A AR Team may substitute prizes of equivalent value without notice.


Personal Data:

  • By entering, students consent to 40A AR Team using their personal data (name, student no., social media details) for Challenge administration, winner verification, and announcements.

  • Winners' names/social media handles may be publicised.


General:

  • Entry implies acceptance of these Terms.

  • 40A AR Team may amend, suspend, or terminate the Challenge without notice.

  • 40A AR Team is not liable for lost, late, or technically failed entries.

  • 40A AR Team's decisions on all Challenge matters are final.

  • This Challenge is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.
